Lovely Days Of Home Made Ladoos...

Would really miss those days... Of bringing lovely sweet Home made Ladoos... :( Yes, I am going to miss them soon.. You might think whom i referred to?? Not ladoos.. My roomies/friends :( Yeah, they are about to move from this place sooner.. Leaving me all the way alone... :( Destiny is something which can't be never changed...
Those days of sharing Rava Ladoos, those days of Sharing Lemon Rice, those days of Cooking together.... Yes, my first first experiences of staying in a hostel are these.. A new way of sharing things, a new way of sharing room, a new way of understanding people...

A short period of being together... A togetherness of not being different but just one among them.. A togetherness of alike mind set up... A togetherness of being friends...

A life that was unseen before I lived it.. A life that made me what I wasn't... A life that made me share and believe in the best... A life that gave me confidence through them... :)

I love you guys... Each time whoever goes home brings some or the other edible items specially for others.. Times of Ladoos... I never thought that I would ask my mom to prepare those and help her to make them as well only for them.. A special attachment and affection that sprouted among us... After college days, these are my best days spend along with my roomies/frinds.. We are so much attached these days, we feel this separation is just for the time being... We will meet again.. Were we will have lots more to share on.. lots more to talk over.. lots more to gossip..

A time of being spinster, independent and new to the new place.. friendship with those people who were strangers one day... A time of 8months that brought us all together...
Those days of making fun of each other will never end.. Just an interval for this.. This will come back soon... :)

Miss You guys... Love you both :)

P.S - A topic which came into our conversation that made me write this thanks Mala & Janani for those wonderful times me being all myself with you both :)

6th Sense Do you believe in it????

Ever thought of this before??? I have at times thought of this. A strong feel that either stops you not to do certain things before they are about to happen or even a thought that tells you something wrong is definitely going to happen to ourself or to our dear ones..

I have always wondered why is it so? Is that our soul warns us and tells us not to do certain things that are not supposed to be good or that are irrespective of our acceptance??

I never understand what it is.. 6th sense or just that a fear that comes in such a way that we just stop ourselves doing it..
Recently a fear that made me think this much about 6th sense is.. even if it's good or bad you feel some new changes are about to happen around you.. a strong feel that keeps you whole day worried.. what is that which is gonna happen i next few hours in your life.. a worry that was revolving around me for a whole day..

At last the important thing I realized is : - Don't worry or brood over little things that will take off your whole confidence.. And get ready for anything that will be a spontaneous or gradual change that is going to happen in your life.. Either good or bad.. It's all about fate and you must be ready to face it keeping yourself active and ready to accept that.. otherwise every time your 6th sense or your soul is going to guide you in a wrong direction which will end up into a big disaster where you will miss yourself!

So is there something called 6th sense??? Or just a fear inside our mind which prevents or makes us scare about next few hours in our life???

P.S - I just wrote what came across my mind. Not so sure whether I am able to reach out to you in a correct way that I wanted to.. Comments most welcome :)

Ramanavami Celebrations @ My Place

It is a 11 days celebrations at my place(Kerala). A festival where people all come together and welcome the God Rama, Sita Devi, Lakshma & Hanuman to their homes :) A 11 days, chariot processions and the Final day that is, on Ramanavami day the big chariot is taken and decorated.. What a devotional time that I can never miss... :) This time also I went for a week's time.. had good time getting more devotional and a more enthusiastic in pulling that huge chariot..What a time... That comes only once in an year...

I am a god fearing person but not superstitious... But when you meditate you can really control your emotions and even that keeps you cool whenever you are worried or too much tensed about your life... Do try meditating whenever your worries and tensions exceeds your patience to accept it.. It really helps a lot.. Even it helps you acquire more confidence and courage to face nay sort of problem.. :)

Aaj Phir Se Teri Yaad Aayi...!

It's raining all the way here... Romantic climate :)
that made me write this...

Har Din beet yunhi jatha hai,
Har din beet yunhi jaatha hai,
Tu kabhi nai aatha hai,
Tere intezaar mein har din yunhi beet jatha hai...

Sometimes, being alone also makes you feel miss someone... That someone special :) which automatically makes you a poet to write down anything and everything that comes to your mind...

Baarish ko aaj aana hi tha
Baarish ko aaj aana hi tha
Tum aaj bhi nai aaye...
Tum aaj bhi nai aaye...
Jane ab kitne baras beet jayenge tum hare bina..!

Aaj tumhein aana hi padega
aaj tumhein aana hi padega
Saavan ko aaj barasna hi padega
Tum aaye tho bahar lana hai padega....!

Just a unwanted post :P
P.S - By the way tell me how is my instant shaayari :D

Facts....!

After coming down here.. I had lots of realizations.. Yeah, the things once mom always tried to teach me.. I learned coming here! Independent life really teaches you something that was tried to be taught earlier.. But as it's said Experience is the mother of Wisdom! A very true sentence there are certain things in life that you can really learn through Experiences not through your elders or through your books.. You need to mingle with new people & new ambiances. Which will make you understand each pron & cons of Life. The toughest struggle I have ever faced being here is Food. Being a Pure Vegetarian, I have struggled a lot. The style of food that we get here is either expensive or just tasteless! Even having food from hostel became horrible. Times of food poisoning and fever! Times of staying empty stomach! Huh a tough time to realize that Mom's food was a blessing that we got on time being at home! :D Times when you reach hostel and have to sleep empty stomach because you were late to reach! Awesome experiences... Where I realized, it's not so easy to achieve everything all together. You are always left without something that will always be missing in you life! Life is never going to be Perfect and complete. It is all about adjustments, forgiveness and commitments! You should be the person to bring all the flavors to your Life.. Life never tastes sweet, it's you who have to taste all the flavors and Say "Life is Just a Mixture of All the Flavors, it's tasteless only When you decide not to taste other flavors of it" :)

So Try to taste All the Flavors of Your Life.. Experience it.. Fell it.. Love it... :)

In a relationship???

The question that has been haunting me since I have come to Bangalore! Yeah, a stupid so called irritating question! I can't understand why people can't digest you being single! They are like how come it's possible??? And my answer was It is possible and I am a good example for it! Bangalore the place known for IT industry, Engineers, Dogs and Most commonly for Couples! Where ever you step out on a weekend you really going to find Couples in any mall or any hanging out place.

This question was really common when I met my old friends after a long time (after 7
-8years). Yeah, I was just pissed off explaining them this! Why can't a girl can be single and enjoy her spinsterhood being single?
I can't understand this - Living in Bangalore all alone is a crime?? :-o or that people can't resist you being Single? :-o I never understand this fact!

Would like to hear from you!

Feel of being Independent!!!

This is something I always wanted in my life once I finished my graduation.. Wanted to be independent.. wanted to know all the pros and cons of life.. Today this has come true... realized these things just recently that you are considered more matured and more responsible once you are independent!!! But Yeah don't be so proud of being independent as well!

But bad part of it - People are there who will try to misuse you thinking that you are all alone away from your parents. You can realize them only through their actions. You will never know who is good and bad around you... You have to be very careful in mingling people..

Best part of being Independent : - You will come to know how to use your freedom in a better way rather then misusing it!! You will have to answer your own soul for doing each and every step in your life!!!

So what you thin
k about this??? Have you ever felt happy & independent like this??

P.S - Guess this might be my own experience being a girl also I might have felt like this!

Anyways try sharing your thoughts! :)

I am not an Engineer...

Unhappy from your Present Life?? That you need from it you never get it or because of some reasons you are away from it... But how to reach it? How it is possible that what you need you can get.. Answer I got from my life is "Patience" and "Keeping yourself Alert".. You might think why these two.. Patience is a word for those who were just average in their academics. For those who are topper, things really come easily into their life. But for average rank holders life really tough though but not hard where they can't survive as well... I am one among those average students who was afraid to bunk classes but studied for exams only on the day before it... Now reached in a position where no one would had really thought that I would reach.. Yes, this is life... Had dreams about being independent.. Now the scenario is something else.. A normal graduate is now know as "Technical Writer".. I have to admit this as well that it wasn't easy for me to reach here... Still I have in me is that something is missing in my life... Never got an answer.. Might be that my dreams were unlimited... Patience was something that I was taught by my life in last 721 days :) The time in which I started my struggle to be independent was not so good.. Exactly recession time..Had to hear many No's .. Yes, not being an engineer was some what a draw back for me... Each and every MNC companies wanted an Engineer + Technical Writer Experienced person.. In my case it was Graduate in Computers + Technical Writer.. It was really tough to attain a job in that situation.. But patience was something that came to me.. and was not ready to give up as well.. Had times where I had to think of going back home and never to be back again.. But now when I look back I feel good I never went back and was adamant to change my mind.. Today, I have that with me... But sometimes nightmares come to me for not being an Engineer..Makes me think are only Engineers born successful persons??? But the answer is NO.. It's not only in my case that brought me to think in such a way.. Have seen many people suffering.. But I use to tell them... "Every Dog has a Day!"... "Today it's an Engineer's Day, Tomorrow it will be Yours!" (Who is Not an Engineer but talented equally as an Engineer.. Coming to the second point.. Keeping yourself Alert is something related to self assessment... How much anxious you are in achieving your goal?? How much willing you are to give your best/ try your best??? Now-a-days, that I have noticed is lack of encouragement.. The best thing I found is that "Self Help is The Best Help!" There is no one to motivate you and no one really wants to see your success... It's only You who should help yourself to reach your goal...

P.S - This thought run across my mind when a friend of mine told me this.. "Why only me??? Is that am not an Engineer???"

Have Cricket Turned Into "How to become a Millionaire"???

Even I do follow cricket to a some extend. But when it comes on rewarding the players I feel it's too much that they are been provided with. Never seen rest of the players who are into other games been rewarded in such a manner. Have you ever thought about it??? Does other players been appreciated and encouraged like this as cricketers are been??? I feel it's a partiality that been shown with them. Yes, of course I agree that they do practice a lot to reach this much success. But what about others aren't they doing the same that these crickets do??? Government has money to reward a cricketer but not to reward an ex-service man's family??? I would stand for the later one. Are their families been provided with sufficient fund that they require??? Yes, it might sound weird. Have you ever thought about it?? It might be that none among us has that guts to ask this question to ourselves or even to the government. India, where cricket is considered as a religion and people who worship it would never dare to take this. But I feel being an Indian I would think about this... Will you do it???
IPL - Indian Premium League (Whatever!) it's just a part of business where all cricketers are just puppets of their master (who is owning them)!!! Don't you think watching such a match you are also giving them a way to earn and become millionaires?

"Bye" Just A Stupid Thought!

bye

buy bye mugs, tshirts and magnets
a nicer way to say "your f-ing ugly. get out of my face"
Ugly person-"Hey there ;)"
You-" yeah, bye".

Content from " http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bye "

I have always wondered about this word. Just for fun I searched it's meaning today. And the first meaning that stuck me was the above one. Yeah, we avoid people or escape from people using this word. :P I was really bursting into laughter after reading it. Just to make someone to put a pause to their conversation. This "Bye" word is used on a daily basis. I just hate this word. "Bye" is somewhat a word which make me feel that the relationship is not so strong that's why we use it. Yeah, I never use it until I am with some strangers. Would rather use "See You" because you see them daily and without your knowledge you are becoming close to them in-spite of this you say "Bye" :-o Have you ever thought of this? Ask your self whether you are really close to those people whom you say "Bye" and try saying this "See you" to them. Both really sound different.

This might be my stupid thought and would really make you laugh. Just think whether it has really go to do with you and the people around you??? :)

Keep coming! :)

Everything Unexpected..

Human Life - "Things happen spontaneously and You are clueless to react to the sudden change"

Human Nature - "Difficult to adjust with the spontaneous change"

I found that these two things conflict a lot and we are not ready to accept things. I feel being human we must be so adaptive to the things like a chameleon which changes according to the nature around it. We should be ready to adapt ourselves with the new changes that spontaneously occur in our life without giving a second thought. Things come to you when you least expect it and you really stay clueless about it. Take things in a positive way which will really help you keep going...

So tell me something which I have left off in this... ;)

Read Something Interesting this Weekend!

Yes, I read a book or else comics "Amarchithra Katha" probably known children magazine. Yes, I know I am no more a kid to read this. But learned something that I have never ever thought of. It was about "Gautama Buddha". His autobiography in a comics. I was really impressed with his words "To get rid of all your sorrows and to attain peace is to control all your desires". That's what the book taught me. Gautama Buddha says "Desire makes a person sorrowful". You are desiring for things and when you don't get them you are sad. Don't expect from life. Take life as it comes to you and stop desiring and you will get what you deserve in this world. But I feel how we can control our desires because human being is an another name for desire. Each and every time he is desiring to achieve some or the other things in his life. How he can stay out of such desires?? Can only great people like Gautama Buddha can do this?? Can a normal human has that capability to get rid of his desires????

What do you think??

Being In Love with Urself...Crime?

Have you ever wondered of Loving Yourself??? I have... Never got a reply to it.. Why?? People call me crazy to love myself.. I just show it through clicking snaps of My own.. Doing all the crazy stuffs I can do with myself.. Being My Best Friend :) Is that a crime??? Don't know why is it so.. Do I love myself so much that I don't care clicking myself even though I know I am not so good looking person!
Yes, I believe loving yourself is the best part so that you will know how to love others and how they feel when you hurt them.. It would be like hurting yourself in turn :)

So is that a Crime??? ;)

Let me know who is crazy? me or the people who call me that :P

Mistakes!!!

You tend to meet many people in your life.. I believe some of them come to teach you something and some just leave as a part of God's messengers. One more thing I believe is that None among us is Perfect and None among us is Bad/Good. All have their own good & bad deeds in their character. It is only us who have to decide which we need to grasp from them. :) You certainly end up in meeting people who really use you and just throw you out of your life just as a "Curry Leaf" thrown out of a Delicious Curry when you are served. But it might be your mistake of understanding them and even you might be too late to realize it. Was that a mistake?? Or that you were just careless loving them/providing them/protecting them?

Leadership

This was a topic that we had discussed recently... Really started thinking about it after that nice conversation...
Topic went like this...
Whether Leadership is Inborn Or It comes according to the Circumstances...
Well, I would go with both..and Destiny also matters.. Big Leaders Like Gandhi,Bose... Where they born leaders?? Or Just their circumstances made them so?? Why only one among thousands became a Leader?? Why only they thought different about getting independence to our country?? Ever thought of it??
Well, we had a couple of opponents for Inborn Leadership skills, and some in favor of it. And I was like Leadership is something that conspires of all the activities like Inborn skills, Circumstances and A will to do things.. Even Destiny adds an flavor to it. People who are born with a destiny to leave behind trait of their leadership.. become famous and are now still fresh in thousands of minds and heart. :)

Any more opinions? ;)

Attitude Makes The Difference...

One day while wandering, I came across three bricklayers. I asked the first bricklayer what he was doing.

“laying bricks,” he told me.

I asked the second what he was doing.

“Making a brick wall,” he told me.

I asked the third.

“Building a cathedral,” he explained.

A short story shared by my colleague/friend...

This speaks about the approach that we have to keep with something what we are doing right now... Well If i was bricklayer, I would had answered "These are bricks, and I am trying to build something" "that will be an exact structure only after few days"...

Because my approach towards work or any sort of thing in my life comes in hand without a shape and structure it's up to us to give a proper shape and meaning to the building that we have done with our efforts and hard-work... Start with a simple and small thing that you and finish building into a beautiful apartment/monument/museum.... :)

So what kind of attitude you have in your work/ life? :)

Success - Do you have an answer?

Success, Success & Success... Life moves around this word!!! Don't you think so? It was a recent word that stuck in my mind... We had a discussion on this word... I had to answer what success means to me!! Keeping my family happy? Earning dollars? or Something else? It's sounds like an easy word to be spelled.. But a toughest one to be answered.. Life takes you no where, even thought you pre-plan it.....
I had to think for a moment to answer this "What does success mean to you?"
It was really tough for me to answer.. Where I had started myself being no-where to someone now.. Which I had never dream about.. A Technical Writer... Who was in utter confusion to move forward in her life after her graduation.. I remember I myself talking for long hours to myself. "Now what is next?" :) "Do you have an answer?".. It made me took several months to answer this question.. only thing that revolved around me was "I am born different and I have to be Different".. As I belong to an orthodox family. It wasn't so easy for me to come out of my little world(Home), and struggle for an independent life here in Bangalore.
Coming to back to my present life and the answer I said in the discussion was this "At any point of my life, when I turn look back about myself, I should never regret that I wasted for being nothing!!! "
Something that I found in myself was, Even Though I say the same thing today also that had in my mind couple of years back... :) Yes, I haven't achieved anything till now.. That's why I have the same sentence in my mind... Being a self motivator, I realized this question has really haunted me years back and it has come back again to make me realize that yet more couple of years to come and in this you ave to prove yourself what you had longed for.... Yes.. This question motivated me again.. To Move On n on n on.... :)
Yes , I got an answer... Do you have an answer for "What does success mean to you?"???? Tell me ;)

Loneliness - A word common to All in Bangalore

It's said that this word really haunts a human in his life on a daily basis. Yes if you are here in Bangalore there are chances of such a thing to happen to you. But the best thing I learned from my experience is that this won't never happen to you if you are the best friend of your self. Even I have faced such kind of things. But now I remember my sweet pickle saying "Be your Best Friend" to enjoy the best time of your life all the way even though you are alone. Well now you might be stuck with this "My Sweet Pickle". Not the one you are thinking about She is my sweet Sis :) lots of love to her. :) Coming back to the topic. Here you live your life all the way alone. You need to enjoy the time with your own self. A world of new people, a world of untrustworthy people and a new dwelling place to live in. It's true that we come down here to make a new living, an independent life and to feel like free bird. But still if you are emotionally driven person you might really miss your dear ones around you. A sudden and drastic emotional harassment that I believe whoever comes here faces once. I think you gonna say "Yes to yourself " ;) But it sometimes really changes you a lot. The way you behaved will merely change for the time being without your own knowledge. Even you might really forget the emotion of laughter.... like that it goes on... But you come to realize it every late. And especially if you are jobless then you for sure brood over things and bother yourself to think each and every non-sense that you have never thought about!!! A kind of depression that revolves around you without any fault of yours in it. I think it's getting bit boring topic... :D so i think i should stop writing more on this. :)

Milestones Of My Career

Milestones sounds pretty good. But yeah in my case I have got very little in this short period of my career life. After my graduation I was pretty confused with two options that where in front of me.
1. Career Life?
2. Student Life?
But yes the answer was dam clear to me that I don't want to continue as a Student any more! Because as all know me better being an average student in my academics. Looking back I myself don't have a clear idea how I reached this position at present. Had hell lot of obstacles in my life but something that was God gifted in me was something called "Patience". Yeah, this word has been a milestone in my life. Had all the ups and downs in my career life with in 2 years. Few suggested me to go into banking sector which is preferably a safety life long career. Few said don't be a Technical Writer you don't have the power of words with you, choose something else. Few discouraged me saying "You don't have to work, then why the hell you are struggling". In all these suggestions and advices no one cared about my ambitions and my willingness to become a Professional girl. Yeah , I am proud of myself today even if i am struggling till the day to establish my first baby step in Technical Writing profession. Almost 3 jobs came across my way. First, my life's pathetic job I have ever dreamt like a Nightmare. Second job, as an all rounder for writing where I replaced an experienced person. Third or present job, being a beginner in all the activities of a small company. All the three gave me each milestones in my life and career life too. First taught me to have a respect being a Professional Girl, Second being a fresher how people will suspect your talent and skills and last but not the least obvious a new beginning as a fresher again.
One thing that i would suggest you all is that "Never Give Up". Otherwise this world is sitting to criticize you, blame you and put you down like a "Banana Peel" in the dust bin.
(: Priyanka :)

At the Age Of 20's

"Ye Duniya Anjani Si, Anjane Shehar Mein Begani Si, Zindagi Bhi Naye Raasthon Si, Uss Mein Main Ek Anjani Si"

Oh yeah, That wasn't a poem just a spontaneous thing that came into my mind :). No idea how far good is my short spontaneous poem but tried saying something in my own way ;). On the point, 20's are such a turning points in everyone's life I feel. You think you are matured but your elders say no it's a wrong illusion of yours. I don't know who are correct and who are not. Of course we can't blame our elders to be wrong. Rather our illusions might be wrong. Only thing what I know and understand in this age is that we are totally confused and over confident about our concepts. An age of lots of complications. It may lead you in either of good ways or in wrong ways also. Important thing is in who's company do you stay. Yes, I am pointing about friends circle. An age of uncertainties. All the way doing whatever you want to do. Behave like kid who got the strong desire to achieve something at any cost. Do or die situations will also arise. Where you yourself won't understand what are you up to. You go on asking your self what is right and what is wrong, but unfortunately you never get an appropriate answer for it. I don't know how accurate I am talking about these things but these are all my experiences in my 20's :). Well any how do share some of your experiences too. ;)
